Miranda Technologies Appoints Sales Manager For Eastern Europe

Miranda Technologies is continuing to build its presence in Eastern Europe with the appointment of Gary Lewis as Sales Manager for the region.
Lewis brings experience to the company, having worked in the broadcast industry for more than 20 years.
"Growth in Eastern Europe has never been so prolific, especially with the recent adoption of digital broadcast platforms in the region. We're confident that Gary will succeed in broadening our client base in the territory," said Micky Edwards, Miranda's Commercial Director for EMEA.
Prior to joining Miranda, Lewis was responsible for European sales of automation, playout and scheduling systems at On Air Systems, and previously was head of sales in Northern Europe for professional and live to air products for Pinnacle Systems. Lewis' extensive career also includes positions at Discreet, Quantel, Panasonic Broadcast Europe, and Boxer Systems.
His responsibilities will include building new sales channels and expanding Miranda's growing partnerships and client base in Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Russia and the former Russian States, as well as supporting Western European distributors.
