Capture5 Now Taking Submissions

Capture5, the fifth round of the screen-based dance production fund is now open for submissions.
For the first time, the Scottish Arts Council, Scottish Screen and the CCA are collaborating to support a project applying to Capture 5 from artists resident or working in Scotland.
Capture5 are particularly interested in a commission exploring new forms of digital cinema technology, moving beyond the single screen cinema paradigm to engage with new forms of distribution (ipod, website, webcast, mobile phone etc) and the new visual possibilities of digital and high definition moving film.
Capture will be running a Roadshow event at the CCA, Glasgow on Wednesday November 15, 5.30pm. This will be an opportunity to find out more about Capture 5 and get an answer to any questions you may have about the application process. Artist from any background interested in developing screen-based dance are invited to attend.
