INNOVACOM IN EURO-EXPANSION

INNOVACOM, US manufacturer of high quality MPEG video transmission solutions and DVD authoring systems, have announced the opening of a European sales office in Swindon, UK.
Frank Alioto, CEO of InnovaCom, said: “Our Swindon location will serve Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This EMEA sales expansion is a direct result of the international sales experience of Sami Asfour, our new Vice-President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Mr. Asfour is already developing business relationships that will enhance InnovaCom’ s position as an international MPEG systems supplier.”
Asfour added: “In addition to developing sales relationships, I want to show InnovaCom’s commitment to the European Market.”
InnovaCom have also appointed Justin D. Holloway as Director of EMEA
Sales. Holloway, formerly of Post Impressions Ltd., will direct sales efforts in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Under the direction of Asfour, Holloway’s initial actions are expected to include expanding awareness of InnovaCom’s systems and solutions throughout the EMEA Markets, as well as bringing on board a sales engineer and technical support staff.
InnovaCom are a Silicon Valley manufacturer of video transmission systems and DVDimpact Pre-Mastering Systems.
The company’s MPEG-2 based product line targets digital television, communications and industrial DVD marketplaces.
