Sundance Digital to STAR in Hong Kong

Sundance Digital has been selected by STAR, a leading media and entertainment company in Asia, to furnish a large-scale, multichannel automation system for their broadcast facility in Hong Kong.
STAR is a wholly-owned subsidiary of News Corporation. Robert C. Johnson, president of Sundance Digital, made the announcement today from the company’s Dallas area headquarters.
Sundance Digital will install expandable Titan automation systems at STAR's Harbourfront broadcast centre in Kowloon and at a nearby Disaster Recovery site.
The full featured configurations will include TitanSync auto-failover redundancy, Intelli-Sat Record Manager and Sundance Archive Manager in conjunction with Masstech MassStore storage.
The Sundance automation will control an Omneon Spectrum video server, Evertz branding devices, and Quartz routing/switching.
Titan, a highly scalable television automation product designed for next generation high channel-count, server-based facilities, will be phased-in to replace an obsolescent system.
