Digital Vision appoints Pat Howley as head of sales

Digital Vision, a leading developer of advanced digital media applications specialising in film and video solutions, has confirmed that Pat Howley will be heading up Sales in the Americas for Digital Vision.
Howley said: “I’m really excited to join Digital Vision at this time - not only to be involved in the company’s rapid and successful development, but also in the continued evolution of the post-production industry. The company has fantastic image enhancement and restoration tools and I’ve used them for many years (when I was running major post facilities). The acquisition of Nucoda and their latest moves into data-centric workflow tools means that they are going to continue being a leader for a long time into the future. I have also been very impressed by Digital Vision’s recent customer wins, the product portfolio and the team of outstanding and dedicated individuals; I am really looking forward to joining the team!”
The demand for Digital Vision’s sophisticated systems has grown substantially over the past year. Howley is a well-known, senior industry professional and his appointment will help strengthen the company’s presence in the important markets of North and South America. Digital Vision has recently experienced increased sales from established customers like the major TV networks, studios and post facilities, and the company has also been successful at finding new customers for its popular DVNR image enhancement and restoration systems - as well as the latest Nucoda Digital Intermediate systems.
Digital Vision currently has systems installed at over 1,000 facilities in the Americas and many more in all other key markets around the world.
Digital Vision’s customers include Ascent Media, CBS, Deluxe, HBO, Kodak, PBS, Technicolor, Televisa and Warner Bros.
