DTS appoints Vice President & General Manager for Lowry Digital Images

DTS has announced the appointment of Bill Neighbors as Vice President and General Manager of Lowry Digital Images (LDI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DTS and innovator in imaging enhancement and restoration.
As Vice President and General Manager, he will work closely with LDI founder John Lowry and executive Mike Inchalik to lead and grow DTS’ business in the digital images space. The appointment marks a return to DTS for Neighbors: In the early 1990s he was instrumental in launching DTS, and served as Executive Vice President, General Manager from 1993 to 1996, and President from 1996 to 1999.
A proven leader and strategist with a successful track record managing organisations in the entertainment electronics, software and technology sectors, Neighbors was most recently President of V-Log, Inc., a highly specialised digital imaging document storage and retrieval company serving the business aviation industry.
Prior to V-Log, he served as President and CEO of WorldJAM, Inc., which developed proprietary software-based products for the music industry.
