Broadpeak To Unveil Streaming Innovations

News Image
Broadpeak will showcase a new wave of streaming technologies at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam from 11–14 September, inviting attendees to book meetings to see the latest in viewer experiences, advertising innovation, delivery performance and anti‑piracy.

Among the highlights is Multiview, Broadpeak’s approach for letting audiences follow multiple events simultaneously or switch seamlessly between camera angles. The solution is designed to ease client interoperability issues for operators while cutting delivery costs.

Broadpeak will also present new dynamic ad insertion capabilities. BannersIn2 introduces additional premium formats — including pause ads, overlay ads, ad squeeze‑back and content squeeze‑back — to expand available inventory without disrupting the viewing experience. Click2Cart enables viewers to add products straight to a merchant’s basket from connected devices, creating a direct route to measurable, performance‑based advertising and deeper engagement.

Support for Media over QUIC (MoQ), an emerging protocol, is intended to strengthen live streaming with faster channel change times, lower latency and fewer re‑buffers. In parallel, AI‑powered subtitling and dubbing aim to help services reach wider international audiences and improve accessibility.

The company will spotlight recent enhancements to its live event streaming stack. Its purpose‑built video CDN — driven by the HyperPoP architecture and Advanced CDN technologies — is engineered to serve large audiences with broadcast‑grade quality of experience while keeping latency low and operations stable during major moments. It is available for on‑premises and cloud deployments, as well as service‑based models.

Broadpeak’s real‑time anti‑piracy capability, embedded directly in its CDN, combines anti‑token sharing, AI‑based pattern recognition, quota management and live content replacement to detect and stop threats as they occur, including credential abuse, scraping and unauthorised access.

All solutions are designed to scale for high‑traffic events and can be deployed as software, via cloud‑native architectures, through SaaS on broadpeak.io or as managed services. Attendees can arrange meetings with the Broadpeak team during the show.
