Miri Launches Self-Service Platform

News Image
Miri Technologies Inc. has launched a new online portal designed to give customers and resellers greater control over its NetConnect+ global mobile data plans through self-service management tools and usage analytics.

The Miri Data Platform enables users to manage the full lifecycle of NetConnect+ SIM cards and plans, including SIM provisioning, usage monitoring, data management and billing, without requiring direct support assistance.

Miri's NetConnect+ SIM cards provide global 5G and 4G connectivity through access to multiple carrier networks. The service supports all major US carriers and more than 600 operators worldwide, allowing devices to connect through preferred networks or automatically fall back to regional providers where required.

The platform is designed to support users of Miri’s X510 dual-cellular bonding router, third-party routers running the miriOS operating system, and a range of other compatible hotspots and mobile devices.

The new dashboard provides visibility and control over active NetConnect+ SIM cards and connected devices, allowing users to activate new SIMs, monitor usage and manage account settings. Features include:

The ability to override automatic carrier selection and assign SIM cards to specific carriers (currently available for US carriers, with manual global carrier selection planned for Q3)
Detailed data usage analytics for individual SIMs or groups of SIMs
Usage limits for selected SIM cards
Management of shared data pools for NetConnect+ shared plans
Access to billing information and invoices

The portal also allows authorised Miri resellers and distributors to view and manage their customers’ NetConnect+ SIM cards and data plans.

NetConnect+ is available through several plan options, including Pay As You Go, which charges by gigabyte based on region of use; Bundled plans, which provide a fixed monthly data allowance for individual SIM cards in the United States; and Shared plans, which allow multiple SIMs to share a single data allowance in the US and selected international markets.

Miri is introducing the platform to NetConnect+ customers through a phased rollout, with invitations being issued over the coming month. Existing customers can request earlier access by contacting Miri’s support team.
