Mediaproxy Unveils Major LogServer Enhancements
Mediaproxy has announced a series of significant upgrades to its LogServer suite, including the latest evolution of its LogPlayer interface, ahead of its showcase at the NAB Show 2026 in Las Vegas.
The Melbourne-based company will present the updated platform at Booth W1423 during the event, taking place from 19–22 April. The enhancements introduce new AI-driven capabilities, expanded support for key broadcast standards, and direct integration with web-based content sources, including YouTube TV.
At the centre of the announcement is a comprehensive update to Mediaproxy’s web-based, multi-channel LogPlayer. The new version incorporates AI-powered tools designed to streamline workflows and improve access to critical content and metadata, further strengthening the platform’s role in broadcast compliance monitoring and logging.
A major addition is native support for recording YouTube TV channels. This feature allows operators to ingest web-based sources—such as dashboards and live streaming services—directly into the LogServer and Monwall ecosystem. By enabling native recording, the system removes the need for external hardware converters or third-party solutions, simplifying monitoring across hybrid broadcast and OTT environments.
Mediaproxy is also expanding its multiviewing capabilities with Monwall Web, an extension of its established multiviewer technology. The new web-based solution enables low-latency, multi-screen monitoring and supports remote operations, helping broadcasters build fully virtualised production workflows.
Further updates include strengthened support for IP-based and open-standard workflows. The company will demonstrate extended NMOS functionality alongside support for ST 2110 with JPEG-XS, enabling high-quality, low-latency IP video transport.
