ENCO To Demonstrate Enhancements To Its SPECai Ad Creation Platform

News Image
ENCO comes to IBC2025 with new momentum beyond its award-winning AI solutions for radio broadcasters, including the first international appearance of a holistic dynamic content insertion toolset for aiTrack.

ENCO will also demonstrate fresh enhancements to its SPECai ad creation platform, now live in more than 1,100 radio stations. ENCO exhibits at Stand 8.C76.

Previewed at IBC2024, ENCO will this year demonstrate an aiTrack application that can seamlessly produce and insert AI generated breaks and voice tracks. New for IBC, ENCO has added more tools with the international market in mind as the company prepares for global availability in the coming months. New features include multi-language dialogue and more emotional tones and inflections to better match mood, region and language. This represents a preview of a much larger selection of voicing features and toolsets to be unveiled later this year.

aiTrack leverages generative AI models and synthetic speech engines to deliver engaging, dynamic content at any time, with instant turnaround and voice insertions of breaking news, weather, traffic and more into live broadcasts. Its flexibility to create content on the fly and immediately take it to air moves the live radio experience into new territory, from simply enabling more content creation for AM/FM audiences to delivering personalised experiences for streamers, opening the door to more personalised content. aiTrack also offers intricate levels of customisation, allowing broadcasters to develop more holistic strategies that blend human talent and AI content.

"Broadcasters will have the power to customise aiTrack to suit their on-air environment through the day and overnight, including the flexibility to schedule dynamic insertions anywhere within any playlist," said Ken Frommert, President, ENCO. "aiTrack ultimately establishes a gateway to bringing more unlimited amounts of unique, compelling, regional, national and personalised content into the on-air experience."

aiTrack represents ENCO's second generative AI solution following the explosive success of SPECai, developed in partnership with Benztown and Compass Media Networks. SPECai combines professional voice models, music beds, and copywriting logic that reflect the tone and pacing of real radio ads, and allows account executives to create ads in real-time.

ENCO will unveil three new SPECai features at IBC, reinforcing its message of continued innovation for SPECai customers. A newSpeech-to-Speech function allows the user to take full control of voiceover delivery by recording him or herself, and reading the script with the desired pacing and tone. SPECai then processes the voiceover using the chosen synthetic voice while replicating a more traditional production studio experience. A new Voice Shift feature allows the user to set the voiceover at a very specific point in a spot when precise timing and dramatic effect is desired. Finally, a new Voice and Music interface allows for Filtering by category, tags, keywords, and more, which saves time by helping users quickly narrow down and find the desired voice or musicbed.

Other features making their IBC debut include LeadGenie, a lead gen feature that allows users to email SPECai ad examples to current or prospective clients; and InstaSpot, an AI production features that instantly creates ads by crawling a website upon entering a URL, and subsequently generates scripts, and chooses the best voice and music bed.

IBC opens tomorrow and runs through Monday at the Amsterdam RAI.
