HaiVision Systems appoints VP Marketing and International Sales

Montreal based HaiVision Systems, formerly Hajtek Vision, originally formed to acquire the broadband conferencing and video communication assets of Miranda Media Networks in May 2004, has officially launched its name change and new corporate identity.
HaiVision has also announced the appointment of Peter Maag to the position of Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of International Sales, effective immediately. Previous to that he established international operations at Discreet, a leading supplier of film, video and editing solutions used for special effects by companies worldwide, where he held several senior management positions as the company evolved from inception through to its initial public offering, and ultimately an acquisition by Autodesk.
