Thomson Broadcast Acquires GatesAir

Thomson Broadcast has announced the successful completion of the acquisition of GatesAir – a global leader in wireless, over-the-air content delivery solutions for radio and TV broadcasters – from an affiliate of The Gores Group (Gores).
