Sky staff call for union action, claim Bectu

A Bectu survey, conducted to help the union identify campaigning issues for 2004, has revealed that Sky staff are calling for action on workplace stress, bullying and harassment.
The survey found that these three areas at the top of staff concerns.
Call centre staff, engineers and colleagues at the Sky studios in Osterley, West London, are calling for more effective management of these issues to minimise their incidence.
