New recruits swell ranks at Imago

Imago, the UK's leading video communications distributor, have made two new appointments at their Thatcham headquarters.
Simon Wheeler joins Imago after over five years at Added Dimensions, a company specialising in the loan and demo management of IT and AV products. Wheeler will be using his product knowledge in an internal sales role at Imago, looking after the home cinema portfolio.
For Lucy Vickerage the move to Imago represents a complete career change. Previously a chef in the corporate catering division at Sainsbury's, Lucy will now be responsible for marketing co-ordination at Imago.
Ian Vickerage, Managing Director of Imago, said: "The appointment of our new people reflects the growth in our company. The support that Lucy will be giving to the marketing team is vital for us as we further ramp up our marketing activities on behalf of vendors including Polycom, NEC-Mitsubishi and Newtek. Simon's appointment also reflects our growing position in the home cinema market, which will increasingly become a significant part of our business in the months to come."
