HHB Adds To Tech Sales Support Team

HHB Communications Ltd. has announced the appointment of Andy Copeland to the role of Technical Sales Support Engineer.

Andy is a graduate of the University of Huddersfield's Music Technology program, where he completed work experience as an Avid Pro Audio Sales Advisor and qualified as an Avid Certified Support Representative (ACSR PT400). He joins HHB's award-winning Technical Sales Support Department in delivering first-line support for Avid Pro Tools customers and will help provide product configuration and installation, after-sales support, repairs and training for Pro Tools and other MAC and PC based DAWs.

Avid's EMEA Audio Top Channel Partner in 2013 and 2014, HHB and audio post subsidiary Scrub have installed over 50 Avid S6 control surfaces to the UK's leading broadcast, audio post and educational facilities, including Envy, Gorilla Bristol, Wave Studios, Silverglade, LipSync, Encore, Smoke & Mirrors, the University of the West of England and more. In addition to Pro Tools support, HHB's customers benefit from Europe's largest independent pro audio service facility.
