L.C.C. Photon Technik to offer Chromakey/Ultimatte epoxy flooring
L.C.C. Photon Technik have been appointed as sole UK supplier for an epoxy flooring for use with Chromakey/Ultimatte applications.
Testing is being completed on the process at the moment and L.C.C. are confident that the flooring will meet the requirements of broadcasters that need virtual studios. This will include the need for movement of talent and camera dolleys over the surface without marking and other problems caused by painting the studio area (stiletto shoes with steel heels may still be a problem, but the surface is repairable).
Prices will be released at IBC in September this year and samples of the coating will be on show on the Photon Beard booth along with Photon Beard's lighting fixtures that complement the flooring.
The flooring will be available in various grades depending on the type and amount of traffic expected across it.
