BBC ALBA To Screen Live Coverage Of Fortuna Hjørring v Glasgow City Match

BBC ALBA will tomorrow show exclusive live coverage of Fortuna Hjørring v Glasgow City in the UEFA Women's Champions League round of 32.
Coverage of the match from Hjørring Stadium, Hjørring, Denmark, will start on Wednesday at 7.10pm on BBC ALBA, with kick-off at 7.15pm. The channel is available on Freeview channel 8, Virgin Media channel 188, Sky channel 168 and Freesat channel 110. Commentary will be provided by Derek MacKay with analysis from former Glasgow and current Chelsea Ladies’ midfielder Suzanne Lappin.
Tomorrow’s match is the second leg of the tie and will see Glasgow attempt to overcome a 2-1 deficit from the first leg.
That fixture at the Petershill Stadium saw City go two goals down in the first-half thanks to a double from Fortuna Hjørring striker Nadia Nadim before Eddie Wolecki Black’s side dominated the second half and eventually pulled a goal back through Scotland striker Jane Ross in the 76th minute.
The result leaves Glasgow requiring at least two away goals in order to reach the next round but they enter the fixture knowing they can progress after reaching the last 16 of the Champions League last season.
As well as the action on the pitch, they will also have half-time features including interviews with Glasgow manager Eddie Wolecki Black and midfielder Leanne Crichton.
