CineMagic seek films by young people

CineMagic, Northern Ireland’s World Screen Festival for Young People, are looking for imaginative and original films made by young people to be screened at their Young Filmmaker 2003 event.
The films can be fact or fiction, comedy or drama, news programme or documentary.
CineMagic Young Filmmaker 2003 will take place in Belfast from Friday 25 – Sunday 27 April 2003, and will include a series of masterclasses with renowned members of the film and TV industry, culminating on the final night with screenings of the best film entries and the award for best film.
Workshop details are still being confirmed but areas covered will include acting, directing and cinematography.
The competition is open to anyone aged 25 and under from the UK and Ireland.
Closing date for film entries is March 22 2003.
Entries should be sent to CineMagic Young Filmmaker 2003, CineMagic, 3rd Floor, Fountain House, 17-21 Donegall Place, Belfast BT1 5AB.
