Bridge Combines Forces With ComuTel

A designer and manufacturer for the digital broadcast industry has announced a partnership with Serbian digital networks specialist, ComuTel Communication Technology.
Bridge Technologies has paired with the communication specialist for sales and support of the Videobridge line of digital monitoring products in Serbia, Bosnia, and Montenegro. ComuTel will deliver the award-winning end-to-end monitoring solution to broadcasters, telcos, and network operators across the region.
"True end-to-end monitoring of digital media networks bridging the worlds of broadcast and IP was nothing more than a dream until the Videobridge system appeared," said ComuTel Co-Founder Miodrag Radulovic. "Now for the first time, digital network operators can have a uniquely comprehensive overview of the entire delivery chain, with easy to understand detailed analysis of the data — instantly pinpointing performance issues anywhere they occur in the network."
The award-winning Videobridge series of probes offers an innovative approach to the monitoring and analysis of converging services employing stream-based IP packets. Compatible with all major stream-based industrial standards such as MPEG-2, H.264/AVC, DVB/ATSC, and ETSI TR 101 290, the Videobridge series offers a complete end-to-end system for the continuous quality assurance of a network. With full support of the innovative MediaWindow, the Videobridge series is at the forefront of digital TV measurement and monitoring technologies.
"ComuTel has a big presence in the region with a track record of expertise and successful delivery that is second to none," added Philip Burnham, Sales Director for Bridge Technologies. He concluded: "Digital media operators in Serbia, Bosnia, and Montenegro can now be confident that the best monitoring and analysis system is available in their location, with a very high quality of support from ComuTel."
