M6 Systems takes the technical weight off event organisers. We plan the setup, bring the right kit, and put experienced crew in the room so you can concentrate on the people, the programme and the experience.

Corporate conferences, weddings, festivals, private functions, training days, VIP hospitality and venue programming — from local community events to national conferences, planned to the same standard.

Plan it properly
Clear planning and crew coordination before anyone loads a van. We know what goes wrong at events — late arrivals, equipment failures, poor sound, unclear screens — and we design it out.

Communicate early
One point of contact, clear timings and no surprises on event day. Venues, planners and speakers all know what is happening and when.

Make it repeatable
Systems, checklists and maintained stock mean the hundredth event is delivered as carefully as the first. Backup kit travels as standard.

SOUND
PA systems scaled to the room and the audience, from a 40-person training day to a 15,000-capacity outdoor stage. Speech reinforcement, live music, DJ systems, radio mics, in-ear monitoring and full front-of-house control.

LIGHTING
Lighting design that makes a room feel finished: stage washes so speakers read on camera, colour to match branding, uplighting for dinners and receptions, moving heads and effects for live music.

AV & VIDEO
Projection, screens, playback and switching, with an operator on the desk. Slides, video, live feeds and speaker timers handled so the programme moves without a pause.

LED DISPLAYS
Modular LED walls for stage backdrops, sponsor content and IMAG relay — bright enough for daylight marquees and big enough to read from the back of a hall.

STAGING & INFRASTRUCTURE
Modular staging, risers, catwalks, lecterns and set dressing, plus temporary event infrastructure for venues and large-scale events — power distribution, cable management and crew comms.

CREW & TECHNICAL DIRECTION
Production managers, engineers, technicians and stage crew. One point of contact through planning, a coordinated team on site, and someone on the desk for the whole running order.

EQUIPMENT HIRE, LEASE & SUPPLY
Professional sound, lighting and AV equipment for hire, lease or supply — for a single day, a run of dates or a full season. Every item is PAT tested, and backup stock is held so a failure on site is a swap, not a delay. We do not sell equipment.
