Introducing Universal Creations CNC Services
Universal Creations are excited to announce our new In-House CNC Service based in Ashford, Middlesex, only a short distance from Shepperton, Pinewood, Longcross and Leavesden Studios.
We can provide you with accurately machined parts, such as replica windows, doors, stage floors, tile/brick wall panelling, signage, and lettering, help you produce authentic scenery and props. These can be offered as raw machined parts or combined with our other in-house services to provide a complete finished solution.
With a substantial bed size of 1300 x 2500 x 200mm we can cut precisely through many materials including: MDF, plywood, hardwood, melamine laminates, foam core, corrugated plastic, Di-Bond, soft metals and plastics, to name a few.
Our ATC (Auto Tool Change) rack has 8 positions saving crucial production time and thanks to CNC routing technology we can CNC route carve and engrave 3D images.
With many years of experience within the film and creative industries, we understand the need for urgency and can swiftly turnaround orders whilst working accurately to your tight deadlines and within your budget.
