Stage One wins 'Supplier of the Year' at Event Awards

Stage One has been crowned 'Supplier of the Year' at the prestigious 2006 Event Awards.
The North Yorkshire based set, staging and motion control supplier to the event industry, is delighted to have beaten off the competition to win the prominent industry accolade.
Simon Wood, Sales and Marketing Director, Stage One commented: "Winning the award for 'Supplier of the Year' is very important to us as it is recognition for all the energy, skill and dedication we bring to bear on each and every project we are involved with.
"This is an award for our whole team for their unremitting hard work and professionalism."
The annual awards, which are decided by an independent panel of judges, were announced on Friday 22 September at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, with the ceremony attended by many of the event industries movers and shakers.
Stage One won the award for their work on three particular projects; the Melbourne Commonwealth Games, MTV Europe Music Awards and ASPIRE opening ceremony in Doha.
