RPS ANOUNCE PREFORMATTED OPTICAL DISKS
SURREY based company RPS Data Products have announced the launch of a new preformatted Magnetic Optical Disk (MOD) for the AKAI DD8 drive, an addition to their already successful range of MODs.
Available in a variety of capacities, including 2.6gb, 4.8gb and 5.2gb, it is estimated that the increase in price for the preformatted product will be minimal while saving the customer significant time and effort. A jewel case is also included to assist safe transportation.
Since opening in June 2000, RPS Data have developed links with a number of dealers which should see further market penetration and have become members of the A.M.P.S. (Association of Motion Picture Sound).
The RPS Data team is headed by Allan Curtis. Curtis is responsible for overall development and is supported by David Partridge (product distribution) and newly recruited sales consultant Bev Rogers.
