PRO-BEL TO DEMONSTRATE NEW PRODUCTS AT NAB

EXPANDING on their position as one of the industry’s premier broadcast manufacturers, the Pro-Bel Division of Chyron Corporation will demonstrate new products at NAB 2001.
The new products will build on Pro-Bel’s huge range of existing products to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
The TX 400 Series joins Pro-Bel’s master control switchers, and Axis is a new family of 16 x 16 1U self-contained routers. A number of new applications will be demonstrated in the MAPP Asset Management range, and following in the footsteps of Clari.net, Dualstreamer is a streaming media encoder designed for both single users and streaming farms.
The new Axis routing family addresses all the audio and video routing requirements for traditional broadcast through to media casting technologies. Flexibility is key to the Axis range, from a simple level router to a multi-level multi-format system. The integral control panel offers simple ‘plug and play’ operation and the internal control system allows up to 15 additional remote control panels.
Also on display will be SD, HD and AES versions of Pro-Bel’s successful large-scale Eclipse router along with Aurora control system. Aurora incorporates a scalable hardware platform with a range of software panels providing a flexible suite of control applications.
