New HDTV patch panels from Oxygen DCT

Oxygen DCT, the pioneering online broadcast systems equipment company, has recently launched its new HDTV 1RU and 2RU patch panels and accessories.
These panels use a modern high performance connector system which out-performs existing older designs. Capable of carrying signals with a data rate in excess of 1.5Gbps with minimal degradation, the connector has an effective bandwidth of more than 2.4GHz.
While designed for HDTV, the panels are also suitable for composite analogue video or serial digital video signals, making them an ideal choice for new installations. While they are currently available as a 2U 24-way panel or high density 1U 24-way panel, a 2RU 32 way panel will be released in late February.
All panels are made from a sturdy aluminium extrusion and come with designation strips. These new panels are complimented by a range of coloured ULinks and patch cords which are available in lengths of 450mm, 600mm, 900mm or 1200mm.
