TV PRODUCERS CAN LOOK FORWARD TO A GREAT FUTURE

IT LOOKS like there could be a great future for TV producers running their own video streaming websites.
A unique collection of internet domain names has been put on sale by Genesis Media, the Cardiff-based TV, video and new media production company.
The names were acquired when they first became available and many of the names have been snapped up by American companies. Included are names for media companies such as tvproducers.tv, videoandtv.co.uk, televisionproducers.co.uk, videocompany.co.uk
Other names are earmarked for websites with streaming media content such as madonna-ciccone.tv, tomjones.tv, manics.tv, internetfilms.tv, premier-league.tv, rockandrollmusic.tv.
Some of the names raise interesting issues about establishing branding on the internet and how some artists are keen to get all the exposure they can while others jealously stop other people quoting their name. More names can be seen on www.sexydomainname.com. (CD)
