ZQP Renews Its Website Conceptually And Technically

With the support of dimensional, a subsidiary of Qvest, the Centre for Quality in Care (ZQP) has renewed its website conceptually, technically and in terms of design.

Thanks to the redesign, the new portal offers professionals and political actors from the healthcare sector, caregiving relatives and a broader public numerous new contents and increased user-friendliness.

The Centre for Quality in Care is a non-profit foundation with the aim of contributing to improving overall health care and the quality of care for people in need, as well as relieving the burden on family caregivers in Germany. To this end, the ZQP conducts research, systematically prepares knowledge and is committed to ensuring that it is applied in nursing practice.

The aim of the redesign of the website was to design and implement a new central online offering for the foundation. dimensional was responsible for translating the editorial concept into a modern design and was also responsible for the technical implementation of the new website. The new structure now brings together the content of several previously separate ZQP online services. A particular challenge here was to address the foundation's various target groups in a needs-based manner.

A user test carried out as part of the relaunch ensured a practical review of the concept and led to improvements in the website functions, a low-barrier design and an illustrative image concept. In addition, a service was developed with which content from partners can be integrated into ZQP’s own information offerings via content syndication.

The result improves access to the website's content and offerings and thus sustainably supports the foundation's objectives.
