DUNSTABLE based television production company Galaxi, are poised to become broadcasters in a bold takeover move.
Managing Director Ross Hemsworth, is in high level discussions with numerous venture capitalists with a view to acquiring Where Its At TV who were granted an administration order.
Where Its At, based near the Trocadero in Piccadilly, London, is a youth orientated channel broadcasting on the digital network, but Galaxi want to transform it into a paranormal themed channel, possibly allowing Where Its At to continue broadcasting up until 9 p.m. each night.
Galaxi made the news recently when they discovered new evidence of life after death whilst filming ‘The Ghost Detectives’, a paranormal programme airing on UK Horizons in October.
Managing Director Ross Hemsworth said: "Galaxi is a fast track company, that doesn't wish to sit around waiting for TV commissioners to see how good we are, and this is the first of a number of planned acquisitions, we have also been looking at some of the mid-range production companies, that would give us programmes already on air, and increase our management team."
