Universal Audio launch UAD-1 Project Pak

Following the recent release of the UAD-1 Studio Pak, Universal Audio have launched the UAD-1 Project Pak.
The Project Pak includes the proprietary ultra high-performance UAD-1 PCI/PCI-X DSP card and v3.5 software, which incorporates a collection of fifteen Universal Audio plug-ins such as the 1176SE vintage compressor, the Pultec EQP-1A classic EQ, RealVerb Pro, Nigel guitar processor, EX-1 EQ & Compressor, the DM-1 Delay Modulator and the CS-1 Channel
The CS-1 itself includes a collection of plug-ins developed specifically for the UAD-1, including EQ, compression, delay modulation, and reflection engine modules.
Thanks to a high-headroom, a custom-built processor specifically designed for DSP, the cross-platform UAD-1 card enables near-virtual digital replicas of Universal Audio's vintage analogue classics. Additional plug-ins are also available, such as the LA-2A, 1176LN, Cambridge EQ, Dreamverb and Fairchild 670.
Mike Barnes, Director Of Marketing for Universal Audio, said: “The revolutionary UAD-1 has been widely regarded by many as one of the best value sonic upgrades for DAW systems. With the Project Pak, UA now opens the door to every Project Studio to get access to some of the best sounding plugs in the business at a truly breakthrough price and join the fast growing UAD-1 community.
”The new pricing also offers existing UAD-1 users the most economical way of expanding their systems up to 4 UAD-1 cards which act seamlessly together and make UAD-1 easily the most sophisticated and best value audio DSP system on the market.”
