SAVILLE SERVICE DIVISION SCOOPS NATIONAL AWARD

SAVILLE Audio Visual beat off strong competition at the recent AV Industry Awards 2001 to become AV Service Company of the Year.
The judging panel at the awards, organised by national publication AV Magazine, were especially impressed with Saville’s new branded service division - SavilleCARE, offering a four-level range of service contracts to users all over the UK. This includes a fast-response breakdown service for LCD projectors and contract cover for a wide range of AV equipment, including equipment and systems from other suppliers.
The judges said: “Saville’s service offering is clear and accessible to a wide range of users and is performing well for the company. It is a good example of a company capitalising on their large customer base and engineering capabilities.”
The company’s service division is currently turning over in excess of £1.7m, up 37 per cent on budget and 80 per cemt on profit. In the last financial year Saville’s turnover has grown by 16 per cent up to £30 million, producing the company’s best figures to date and profits of well over £1 million. (CD)
