Avitel appoints new Managing Director

Following the recent corporate restructuring programme at Avitel, Jules Swain has taken over as managing director of the Colchester-based company.
Formerly Avitel's international sales manager, Ms Swain has many years of experience in the broadcast market and is well known within the industry.
She said: "We embarked on a radical modernisation programme last year, which was not without its difficulties. Now we are in the final stages of this exciting work and we are in an ideal position to develop and grow."
Avitel is a designer and manufacturer of modular digital and analogue interface equipment for television broadcasting and post-production applications.
