dB Broadcast Wins Contract For ICC

dB Broadcast has scooped a contract to create the Audio Visual broadcast system for the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.

The Assembly of States Parties of the ICC decided that the ICC - a high profile independent organisation - should be provided with newly built permanent premises in The Hague, and these are nearing completion.

Broadcast quality is a key criterion for the ICC, as the courts handle very high profile cases, and the ICC is called upon to provide broadcast feeds to many of the world's largest international broadcasters. dB has a proven track record and expertise in remote controlled camera systems where high end broadcast quality video pictures are required.

Audio Visual recording of court proceedings is also a key issue for the ICC.

For the project, dB is able to draw upon extensive experience of working on prestigious buildings, new-build facilities and relocation, including its work at Parliament buildings, and the new BBC facility in central London, which involved relocation from the old BBC Television Centre to New Broadcasting House.
