UK Cinemas Go '4D'

It has been revealed that 30 British movie theaters are set to get vibrating 4D cinema seats.
The D-Box seats move in tandem with the onscreen action and are part of a move to make the audience feel even more part of the plot than in ordinary 3D movies.
The first cinema to try out the action, dubbed as '4D cinema' is part of the Cineworld chain at Renfrew Street, Glasgow.
Thirty-five of the shifting and vibrating D-BOX seats have been fitted in the Glasgow cinema. Meanwhile five more British cinemas will get the technology in coming months, including the O2 Greenwich, and 24 more at a later stage.
The concept of "4-D" follows on from 3-D but to be "4-D" the movie needs to be a current 3-D film, with the vibrating seats added as extras.
