Call For Entries For The International Digital Emmy Awards At MIPTV 2009

Tradeshows organiser Reed MIDEM and the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, has announced the call for entries for the International Digital Emmy Awards, which will take place at MIPTV between March 30 - April 3, 2009 at Cannes, France.



The deadline for entries is January 12, 2009.

The International Digital Emmy Awards are recognising excellence in content created and designed for viewer interaction and/or delivery on a digital platform (such as interactive TV, mobile, internet etc...) originating outside of the United States.

The International Digital Emmy Awards 2009 will include three award categories: Digital Program - Fiction; Digital Program - Non-Fiction; Digital Program - Children & Young People.

Eligible submissions must have been created and initially distributed outside of the United States. The deadline for entries is January 12, 2009. Winners will be announced at a ceremony during MIPTV 2009 in Cannes, France.
