Doremi Exhibits Its Technologies At Cinema Expo International

Cinema Expo International, held at the RAI, Amsterdam between June 23-26, is forecast to be a success for Doremi, the company has announced.

At Stand 297, Doremi is showing the full range of the solutions that have made the company a leading specialist in digital cinema. These include the Doremi DMS-2000 mastering station, the Doremi TLMS-2000 theatre automation and library management system, and the DCI JPEG2000 digital cinema player, the Doremi DCP-2000.

Cinema Expo International is also the occasion to see these Doremi technologies in action, thanks to the scheduled projections of 'Fly Me To The Moon' in 3D (nWave, presented by the XPanD partner) and 'Wanted' (Dreamworks Animation). Doremi DCP-2000 is providing the digital playout at both these digital cinema shows. Selected for its outstanding performance and reliability, the Doremi DCP-2000 player is now operating in more than 5500 theatres worldwide and has already successfully completed over five million digital cinema screenings.

Cinema Expo International is also the occasion for Doremi to thank Mr Jocelyn Bouyssy, Managing Director of the CGR cinema network. He has been voted "International Exhibitor of the Year' and receives this award from Cinema Expo International. This will be accompanied by a special distinction from Doremi, which was recently chosen as an exclusive supplier for the digital cinema rollout for the 400 screens of the CGR network. In fact, the first phase, which involves the installation of one hundred Doremi DCP-2000 digital cinema players, will be completed by July 2008.
