Imago and SedaO offer 90-day trial on Image Flyer

Imago, the UK’s leading video communications distributor has joined forces with SedaO to offer resellers a 90-day trial of the company’s new easy-to-use digital signage solution, Image Flyer.
Part of SedaO’s Digital Signage Suite, Image Flyer allows users to create ‘multimedia themes’ incorporating moving banners, image carousels and video playback. By combining it with SedaO’s QuickChange Lite (also included in the 90-day trial), users can change and update the images easily, without any professional help.
The trial will enable resellers to demonstrate the ease of use and full functionality of the solution to customers with a broad range of applications. These include hotel and leisure centre lobbies, exhibitions, retail outlets, bars and clubs and corporate receptions.
Image Flyer works by monitoring computer directories and playing out images or movies placed in those directories, resizing and animating them as it plays, creating a modern multimedia theme. Screen layout changes can be made easily by simply dragging, dropping or resizing screen elements as required. And unlike hardware-limited solutions, Image Flyer allows multiple movies, banners and image carousels.
Image Flyer also includes a simple-to-operate scheduler, which allows the themes to be changed and scheduled in advance. Full touch screen capability is included enabling users to set up hot spots and assign themes to them, so that one touch launches an entire multimedia experience; that can optionally be extended onto multiple screens.
Peter Nice, Marketing Director at Imago, said: “There is a common perception that using digital signage solutions is difficult and time consuming, often requiring help from designers or video artists. By offering Image Flyer on a 90 day trial basis, our aim is to demonstrate how easy this particular solution is to use, and encourage people to explore all the options that it offers.”
