SMG, holder of both Scottish ITV franchises has announced that its Non-Executive Chairman, Don Cruickshank, has decided to step down from his position following the Group's Annual General Meeting, scheduled for June 4 2004.
The company confirms that it has initiated a recruitment process to secure Cruikshank’s successor and has appointed search consultants, Whitehead Mann.
It is anticipated that a successor will be identified before the group's AGM.
