Formed in 2021, The Voice People is a brand new London Based Voiceover Agency, focusing on inclusivity and diversity.

Our founder Chris Charles was formally a lead agent at Soho Voices for almost half a decade. Having amassed a wealth of experience in casting voiceover artists in commercials, corporate, background ADR, documentaries, animation series and films. Chris started The Voice People as a response to what he had seen for years in the industry. The Voice People focuses on inclusivity and diversity in every sense. Our aim is to challenge what is the accepted norm in television and radio advertising and push forward talent of all backgrounds for the opportunities that they deserve.

The Voice People represents some of the most exciting talent in the industry. We have voices from every corner of the U.K., international talent, artists with disabilities, neurodiverse artists, an abundance of different languages and so on. You can listen to all our amazing artists here on our site. Our site has recently had some major upgrades to make it more user friendly and easier to navigate so you can find the right voice that matches your needs.

We’re also currently working on expanding the business and we will be launching our own recording studios. Complete with engineers to look after all your recording needs.

Requirements
Your voice reels should be professionally recorded, with studio quality sound, music, sound design – a good commercial reel will sit somewhere between 1 and 2 minutes.

Tips
Make sure your reel is representative of your true voice. Please don’t send across commercial reels that showcase a variety of accents. This is confusing, we want to know what YOU sound like.
