Datavision work with Bryco to release new products at NAB 2005

Datavision has chosen this year’s NAB to launch the latest edition to the already highly successful Bryco range of media storage rack products.
Datavision have been selling the Bryco range of products in the UK for over two years now, and though the MiniDV, DVCam and Hi8 storage racks are by far the most popular sellers in the UK, Datavision have been approached by a number of professional studios to provide sturdy, secure storage in cabinet form.
Working closely with Brian Bielski of Bryco Products in California and a UK cabinetmaker, Datavision have developed new three and four drawer Multi Media Cabinets, designed to compliment the existing range of Bryco products. By housing a range of DV, CD and DVD’s in their cases, Datavision believes it has an ideal storage solution for both sound and video enthusiasts and the professional media storage and archiving markets.
Made from high-density MDF material, the new cabinets can house up to 200 DV tapes, 180 CD’s or 120 DVD’s in each lockable drawer. It is also an ideal storage solution for Datavision’s Smartsound customers’ collections of CD sized music and sound pallets.
The chests are stackable and there is an optional wheelbase attachment for ease of movement between workstations or studios.
Encouraging joint ventures with its overseas suppliers Datavision aim to introduce a wider range of products and services into the European marketplace and are looking for European distributors and agents.
