Woodcut Media And Sphere Abacus Launch Horror At The Hotel Ahead Of MIPCOM

Currently in production, Horror at the Hotel (8 x 60') is produced by Woodcut Media and sold globally by Sphere Abacus, which has already secured pre-sales with 5 in the UK & Ireland, Bell Media for Crave in Canada, and Radial Entertainment in the US.

Exploring murders that unfolded within the distinctive environment of hotels, each episode reconstructs a case where guests can arrive as strangers and where perpetrators may blend into the crowd. Drawing on cases from the US and UK, and featuring accounts from law enforcement, victims’ families and those closest to the inquiries, the series pieces together events, the chilling realities of each crime, and the pursuit that led to the killer’s capture.

Series producer is Woodcut's Tracey Moore, with Matt Blyth and Angie Cox serving as executive producers.
