IBIS receive ESPN orders for SprinTx and video workflow systems

IBIS (Integrated Broadcast Information Systems Ltd) have received orders to the value of £250,000 from ESPN.
The first is for a SprinTx Newsroom automation system to be installed at a pilot project at ESPN headquarters in Bristol, Connecticut.
The SprinTx system comprises videoserver management applications, ingest and acquisition tools, plus IBIS playout applications running with a MOS gateway.
The second order, which has been placed by the ESPN Desportes Channel is for a number of IBIS process management tools to work in a multiple videoserver environment. The applications will intuitively track the acquisition of sports material and the progression of those video clips throughout the editing and workflow process.
Key to this workflow management process are IBIS ServerBase and ServerLoad, both fundamental elements of the award winning LiveTx process automation and centralisation system.
