never.no's James Neufeld Speaks On Changing Interactive TV At BroadcastAsia 2011

James Neufeld, Product Manager for award-winnng interactive technology provider never.no, will explain 'What's Wrong With Interactive TV and Why It's About To Change' on Wednesday, June 22, at BroadcastAsia 2011 in Singapore.
Neufeld's talk will consider the whys of old and new interactive TV, as well as the use of mobile devices, tablets and social media to create a unified immersive television experience. In addition, Neufeld will offer case studies that illustrate both the technical and conceptual aspects of next-generation interactive television and two-screen companion applications. Nielsen and other reputable research firms are reporting an increased amount of multi-tasking and social activity around TV. This is a rapidly growing trend that broadcasters and content creators simply can't ignore.
Neufeld got his start in the global broadcast industry as a teenager and since then has worked internationally, supporting broadcasters in South America; in his native country, Canada; and now in Europe. Neufeld's responsibilities at never.no include helping broadcasters meet the challenges related to viewer interaction, social television, and the multi-screen experience.
never.no's award-winning, interactive technology is a single tool kit that connects fragmented media technologies, which enable broadcasters to communicate with online, mobile and social audiences.
