New Finance Director For Prime Focus

Chief Financial Officer Neil Barnett has joined the board at Prime Focus, one of the world's largest integrated Visual Entertainment Services companies.
Barnett has been Finance Director in a non-board role since 2009. As a qualified chartered management accountant and member of both the audit and remuneration committees, Barnett brings over twenty years of international corporate financial experience to Prime Focus and expertise across every financial management discipline - from mergers and acquisitions management and raising debt and equity finance to treasury management and strategic planning.
Chairman Namit Malhotra said: "We are delighted to welcome Neil to the Board - he's made a material contribution to the business since he joined us early last year. He brings over 20 years of international corporate financial and expertise across every financial management discipline and has an excellent understanding of our sector."
Before joining Prime Focus, Barnett was Group Chief Financial Officer and Deput CEO at international property company, Imagine Homes. Before that, he spent over nine years as CFO/Company Secretary at Eastman Kodak's film production and post production services subsidiary, Cinesite, where he was responsible for financial activities across the group's offices at London, Pinewood, Shepperton Studios and Los Angeles. He started his career as an auditor at KPMG.
Barnett said: "Over the last few years Prime Focus has undergone significant changes. I'm delighted to have been appointed to the board and look forward to working with the other board members to move Prime Focus forward."
