KC Ride and Drive UK (Horses for Film and TV)

Here at KC equestrian, we offer a range of horse-drawn carriages for all events, we have been providing horses/carriages for Film, Television for over 20 years and hold full animal performing Licence Nperf38. KC also help actors with riding and stunts in our fully licenced riding school.

We are located in Herefordshire between Hereford and Leominster.

​We travel the length and breadth of the UK with our horses and carriages making every event memorable, particularly when our clients also know that they are helping support our rescue work.
​The horse rescue is a self funding trust supported by our horse drawn carriage work, special events throughout the country, our riding school and public donations, thereby helping with the rescue of horses and giving them the very best of care.

​We are fully licensed, hold full commercial insurance and are members of the British Driving Society.

Horse Drawn Weddings
Choosing to arrive in style will make all the difference to your perfect day with elegance & romance, highlighted by our liveried coachmen ready to attend to your every need.​

With over 30 years of carriage driving experience, we are dedicated to providing and maintaining the very highest standards and traditional values.

We can offer black or white horses together with a black or white wedding carriage.
Our collared harness has been made using the very best English patent leather and manufactured to measure for us by professional craftsmen.

Floral decoration on the carriage can be supplied to the colour of your choice with courtesy champagne and glasses for the bride and groom to enhance your journey, creating a day to remember.
The wedding carriage seats four people and has a hood in the event of bad weather.

The liveried coachmen can wear either black, grey or red hunting jackets to complement your colour scheme.

Other extras can be booked, such as "just married" balloons and confetti cannons. Many other extras can be catered for, just ask at the time of booking.

Before the day, we will have a ‘dry run’ of the route to ensure that our coachmen are familiar with the journey and to ensure the procession runs as smoothly as possible.

​Weddings can be booked as an all day event, taking you to and from your required destination, along with a Mercedes Benz 280 Sports which can carry your bridesmaids, parents or other guests.

Bookings can be made by telephone and the completion of a booking form stating your colour requirements and payment preference. A deposit will be required within fourteen days of making your booking.

Asian Weddings
White horses for the completion of a beautiful Asian wedding are available.

We use traditional Asian wedding accoutrements in beautifully decorated red and gold cloths.

Baraat is the bridegroom's wedding procession in North India and Pakistan. In North Indian communities, it is customary for the bridegroom to travel to the wedding venue (often the bride's house) on a white horse, accompanied by his family members.

Horse Drawn Funerals
With over 30 years of carriage driving experience, we are dedicated to providing and maintaining the very highest standards and traditional values.

We can offer black or white horses together with a black or white hearse.

Our purpose built, handmade hearse has been manufactured and maintained to the highest standards using only the best materials available.
The hearse has additional access from the front to facilitate easy arrangement of floral tributes and has ample space to accept most sizes of casket.
Funeral director's signs may be displayed in the hearse on the day of the funeral if requested.
