Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to be part of our passionate and dynamic team to support the growth of Universal Creations Ltd

Universal Creations has been providing world class quality bespoke props and design work for the Film and TV Industry for over 5 years. Alongside our extensive portfolio within the Film Industry, we have also worked with other household names creating unique exhibitions and events. Our driving philosophy is to always create and deliver excellence.

We are currently on a rapid expansion plan, looking to move the company forward into a variety of new and exciting marketplaces. We are looking to build a core team that shares our philosophy and motivation to take the company forward.

This presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager. We are seeking an individual that has demonstrable experience in this role, building existing client relationships, as well as seeking out new clients. Your primary role will be finding new clients, whilst also ensuring any associated administration tasks are completed with accuracy and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for brand consistency and social media reach. You will also be required to attend expositions and seminars and raise the company’s profile. Experience in producing video, image and web content for social media will be a plus. Experience with the WordPress Platform will also be beneficial.

Although the nature of your job and duties will be set, working for a small company such as ours requires some flexibility to perform additional duties. The right person for this role will need to be ready to take on additional tasks beyond the scope of this role.

Although the candidate will spend time working from our premises based in Ashford, Middlesex, regional travel across the UK will be required.

Salary: Circa £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience. This role also offers a competitive Bonus and Car Allowance.
