USED EQUIPMENT – substantial stock of used equipment that is offered for sale with a comprehensive warranty. If it is not in stock, then we will source it. We are pleased to consider simple trade-ins, or purchase entire facilities.

PHILOSOPHY

In view of the vast array of product now available to these sectors and the divergent skills sets, at WTS we are very much aware of the differing needs of our clients. In many cases customers know the solution and simply need a price for the product. Whilst we are always willing to make suggestions as to possible alternatives, it is likely that most of the research has already been done and the options reviewed. Under these circumstances, whilst we endeavour to offer the most competitive pricing we also seek to add value.

Post sale support is deemed paramount at WTS. In recognition of the time sensitive nature of many of our clients’ work, our policy is to resolve support issues immediately such that projects are not jeopardised, and deal with the details later. Using our extensive stock of new, used and rental equipment we are able to offer loan equipment in the event of critical breakdown, whilst we attend to repair work at our London service centre.
