Geevs Extends Its Reach
Continuing exports of the Geevs Server family have extended its international reach so that it has now been delivered in over 60 countries around the world.
Recent deliveries of the Geevs SDE and Geevs Slim confirm the continued demand for cost effective SD Server solutions. Applications include redundant playout, ingest for editing and news based operations.
Keith Gee said: "The recent addition of improved support for user selectable codecs and file formats for ingest and the ability of Geevs to play out mixed avi, mxf and quicktime files back to back has opened up new opportunities for us. Very few servers can offer this level of flexibility."
Gee Broadcast is also seeing an improved response to the Geevs value offering for both SD and HD as customers are more careful to consider their budgets in the current economic climate.
