New HDTV To PAL & NTSC Converter From AV Toolbox

The AV Toolbox product range expands with the introduction of the new vs-223 YPbPr to CV/SV Down Converter.
Designed to convert a variety of HDTV images, ranging from 480p to 1080p resolution, to interlaced NTSC or PAL Video outputs, this compact new unit is ideal for situations where the available monitors are capable of displaying only Composite Video or S-Video signals but the source material is available only in the analog HDTV component video format.
The VS-223 provides both Composite Video and S-Video output signals as well as incorporating a YPbPr bypass feature which allows the user to choose either analog component HDTV images or standard definition images as desired.
Selection of over scanned or under scanned video output is also possible and the user may select either the NTSC or PAL video standard.
Shipped with an AC to DC power adapter, which is provided with locking DC connector for security, this unit is available now.
