ITV Global Entertainment Takes Road Trip With MTV

ITV Global Entertainment has secured multi-territory sales deals for MTV series Old Skool and has also announced a new distribution deal for How's Your News?, from South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone.
How's Your News? is a ground-breaking documentary series from MTV, featuring a team of reporters with disabilities, who drive across America in a customised tour bus, documenting their experiences and laughs along the way.
The series is executive produced by Matt Stone and Trey Parkers and it premiered on MTV (USA) in January, achieving a 49% increase for its slot average.
This news follows on from the 2008 distribution debut of MTV's Old Skool, which ITV Global has announced has been acquired by more than 40 territories worldwide, including Australia, Canada and Latin America.

It is not often a unique show like this comes along, it is both incredibly funny and extremely heart-warming."
ITV Global is set to premiere its new line-up of high quality factual entertainment programming at MIP TV 2009, including all new Marco Pierre White The Chopping Block, a series led by the legendary chef in television's biggest new restaurant challenge.
Hell's Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay also returns with 12 more restauranteur hopefuls pitting their wits and cooking skills against each other. Together with all new episodes of global hit series Nanny 911, which follows a team of "Mary Poppins" style professional child carers going to the rescue of desperate parents to tackle the issues causing chaos in their homes.
