X20 Media Introduces New Xpresenter Xe All-In-One, Stand-Alone Digital Signage System

X20 Media, a leading provider of digital signage technology, network management and content services, has announced the introduction of the Xpresenter Xe, an all-in-one, stand-alone digital signage system.
The affordable, entry-level solution features better-than-broadcast-quality video output, an easy-to-use configuration screen, point-and-click content management tools, and links to live data - all in a single-channel configuration.
X20's Xpresenter Xe will be showcased at the Digital Signage Expo 2009, stand 2223, between February 25-26 in Las Vegas.
David Wilkins, X20 Media President and CEO, said: "We're pleased to introduce Xe for customers who want an affordable, entry-level system without compromising the quality of the content on their displays. Xe is an ideal solution for those who want to quickly deploy professional-looking digital displays in stand-along applications such as retail store, corporate lobbies, doctors' waiting rooms, or any other application in which both high quality and simple delivery are key requirements."
X20's Xpresenter Xe provides a robust feature set, including:
  • Better-than-broadcast-quality output - Powered by a graphics rendering engine used in the broadcast industry, Xe delivers professional-looking output.
  • An easy-to-use configuration screen - In order to get users up and running, Xe includes a simple configuration screen that lets users personalise parameters to quickly produce a completely customised display.
  • Point-and-click content management tools - Any day-to-day updates to the on-screen content can be made quickly and easily via a Web-based control screen. Actions include the ability to quickly display breaking news, add new video clips to the playlist, and display welcome messages, alerts, and more.
  • Links to live data - Constantly refreshed content keeps viewers watching. Xe includes a number of links to live data sources.
With the release of X20 Media's single-channel Xpresenter Xe, the Xpresenter 2.5 software platform and a variety of services, including monitoring services offered from X20's Network Operations Centre, X20's Data Service, and award-winning content and design services, X20 Media gives customers everything they need to run a state-of-the-art digital signage network.
